PROFIPOLY®

PROFIPOLY core spun threads have a special structure allowing a high relative strength and a cotton-like handle. The base of the single yarn is high-strength polyester filament yarn, which is spun with polyester staple fibres. Single yarn manufactured in this manner is then twisted into a semi-finished sewing thread. Dyeing is performed on high-pressure dyeing machines, and the dyeing process itself is fully automated. A sewing finish is then applied to the thread, with a subsequent laboratory check. The result is sewing thread with a high seam strength and resistance to stress during the stitching process. They meet all the demands required by modern high-performance sewing machines, guaranteeing break-free sewing at a high rpm of the sewing machine.

PROFIPOLY 120

A wide range of use is guaranteed by its high strength at low fineness of the thread. The thread provides quality seams when making underwear, shirts, swimming costumes, blouses, towels, knitwear, women's and men's garments, sportswear, blankets and bed linen.

It is manufactured in selected shades according to the sample book

Packages: 1 000m, 5 000m

PROFIPOLY 90

Used high-strength kernel 95 dtex ensures to the sewing thread a specific strength over 50cN/tex. This predetermines the thread for universal use. It is suitable e.g. for sewing of lounge suits, skirts, sportswear and working suits.

PROFIPOLY 70

Designed for sewing medium-heavy and heavy garments, sportswear, leather garments, sports gear - rucksacks, sleeping bags, sewing upholstery; it is suitable for manufacturing button holes.

It is manufactured in selected shades according to the sample book

Packages: 1 000m, 5 000m

PROFIPOLY 45

Its high strength makes this thread appropriate for sewing heavy garments and all uses where high seam strength is required.

It is manufactured in basic shades according to the sample book

Packages: 3 000m
